Diagnosis

The team was called out to reports of a male who passed out and had chest pain at the summit of Great Gable. The team treated the casualty for heat exhaustion and walked him from the mountain. He kindly provided us with refreshments at the The Wasdale Head Inn. Very hot there folks, please take plenty of water when heading out and take regular breaks.

Incident started at 14:05 and ended at 17:15 making 3.2 hrs in total. There were 13 Wasdale team members involved and the incident occured at NY 2064 1049 (altitude 622 m). Total rescuer hours: 42
