This week the team had a visit from Gill Mackay, who cycled from Lands End to John O’Groats and raised funds for the team in the process.
The Lands End to John o’Groats cycle route equates to a total of 1000 miles of distance, 15,000m of accent covering the length of Great Britain between its two extremities.
Gill who completed her journey over 10 days covering an average of 100 mile a day with an extra bit on the end to visit Dunnet head managed to raise £2400.
The team is extremely grateful for Gill’s hard work and would like to wish Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
