On International Women’s Day, we’re celebrating the incredible women of Wasdale Mountain Rescue. Women from different backgrounds, each balancing work, family, children, and the demands of everyday life, yet still choosing to give their time, their strength, and their skills to help others in the fells.
Their dedication keeps our community safe. Their teamwork keeps our team strong. Their commitment, compassion, and resilience inspire everyone around them.
