The team was called out to help a walker struggling to descend Scafell Pike. We helped her down to Wasdale Head. Thanks to Duddon and Furness Mountain Rescue Team who attended to help us in case a stretcher carry was needed. Fortunately it was not.
Incident started at 18:06 and ended at 23:00 making 4.9 hrs in total. There were 15 Wasdale team members involved and the incident occured at NY219085 (altitude 602 m). Total rescuer hours: 74
