We were tasked by Cumbria Police to assist a lady from the USA who had slipped on Scafell Pike. The Great North Air Ambulance tried to assist but the weather prevented them from landing. The lady was treated at the scene by the team and then carried from the mountain to a waiting ambulance in Wasdale.
Incident started at 14:00. There were 12 Wasdale team members involved and the incident occured at NY 203 073 (altitude 560 m).
