The Team Leader received a call requesting assistance for an important hospital attendance. Due to the sub-zero weather and icy road conditions the normal mode of transport was not able to get to the location safely and thus MRT help was requested.

A call was received from Cumbria Police about two walkers who had lost the path on Scafell. Using Phonefind, the Team Leader was able to talk them down off the hill back down to the valley floor.
