The Team was called out by Cumbria Police on the morning of the 9th of January to assist in the search for a missing local man. The team searched the steep ground area of Castle Park in Whitehaven. Nothing was found and the Police continued with their enquiries.
Incident started at 10:00 and ended at 16:00 making 6 hrs in total. There were 19 Wasdale team members involved. Total rescuer hours: 114
