We were called by NWAS to assist in moving a casualty who had slipped whilst descending the cliff top path at St Bees and injured their ankle. In view of the location Whitehaven Coastguard also attended and both teams carried the casualty down to the waiting ambulance for the journey to hospital.
Incident started at 10:29 and ended at 11:53 making 1.4 hrs in total. There were 10 Wasdale team members involved and the incident occured at NX 9557 1182 (altitude 47 m). Total rescuer hours: 14
