Upper Eskdale – Tue 25th Oct 2011 – Callout 67 in 2011

Burnmoor, Eskdale – Mon 24th Oct 2011 – Callout 66 in 2011

The team were contacted by the Police for a female fell walker who had sustained a broken leg in the Burnmoor tarn area. One member of the family group of five had needed to descended to Boot some 45 minutes away to raise the alarm as there was no mobile phone signal in this particular location.
