The team have just enjoyed an excellent long weekend in the Scottish Highlands carrying out Winter skills training. The course was attended by both experienced team members and probationary members. Last Monday’s training covered putting on snow chains ready for winter. This weekend’s weather proved their use as several mountain teams had vehicles out in snow. Also we tested out our new wheel from Lyon Equipment to good effect!

On Saturday 13th of November the Brown family organised a fundraising event in aid of the team and in memory of Chris Brown. It was a snooker, pool and darts competition with evening entertainment and a raffle at Brigham and district social club. The fantastic sum of £1,506.30 was raised. Read more
