Members of the team were delighted and humbled to meet up once more with Allan and Marie Brown. The Brown family and friends have been huge supporters of the team since they tragically lost their son Chris to a fall on Scafell Pike in 2019 and we helped to recover him from the fell. They brought along the latest amazing donation from their fundraising this time – well over £1500. This was raised from a event in his memory in November.
Whilst they were here we heard about a future event – a walk by family and friends to the Scafell Pike summit in June. Watch this space for further plans in a few months time…..
