Team called by Police about a group of 3 walkers reporting themselves stuck whilst descending from Great Gable. With some help from PhoneFind their position was determined to be in the White Napes area. A small team then went on the fell to help escort them down.

We were alerted by Cumbria Police after a Personal Locator Beacon was triggered at the falls in the upper Esk valley. The team was called out to investigate and stood down en-route when it was determined that it was a false alarm, and all was well with the group.
