We were called by our colleagues in Langdale Team about a couple of walkers who had become lost on the Eskdale side of Esk Hause. Using Sarloc, Langdale team determined they were in our patch and passed the call over. A small WMRT team then located them near the specified location and walked them towards Grains Gill so they could return to their vehicle.
Incident started at 17:44 and ended at 23:30 making 5.8 hrs in total. There were 8 Wasdale team members involved and the incident occured at NY 22973 07034 (altitude 512 m). Total rescuer hours: 46
