We were called out to a man swimming in the pools near Lingcove Bridge, Eskdale, who suffered a head injury whilst entering the water. NWAA were first on scene and provided casualty care. The team then packaged the casualty for evacuation, then RAF Boulmer winched him aboard and flew him to hospital.
