Whilst the team leader was giving the first group of lost people time to turn up, a call came in for a second group of lost walkers on Scafell Pike. They were found low down near the foot of Piers Gill. The team then continued to search for the other missing group.
Incident started at 15:55 and ended at 18:30 making 2.6 hrs in total. There were 12 Wasdale team members involved and the incident occured at NY 2121 0918 (altitude 237 m). Total rescuer hours: 31
