A group of family and friends of Lee Jones have been raising funds for the team following Lee’s tragic accident last winter.
In recognition of the outstanding effort of the Wasdale Mountain Rescue Team, the family and friends of Lee Jones are undertaking a series of fund raising events throughout the following twelve months. The first of which was a 10 K Royal Marine obstacle course. We hope you enjoy the following photographs.
Having visited the headquarters, we were very impressed with the team’s organisation and commitment and appreciate how essential funding is for them to continue the work they do.
