Police reported two missing persons and informant at Wha House, Eskdale. Two young lads (16 and 20 yrs old) left Eskdale at 3.00 pm to climb Scafell and then Scafell Pike. Call from Langdale Ambleside team (LAMRT) to provide radio support for a rescue they were carrying out in the Green Hole / Crinkle Crag area. This turned into a full callout to provide assistance for a group of eleven walkers who were in difficulty in the Green Hole area of Read more…
