A call was received from Cumbria Police about two walkers who were concerned for their safety on rocky and unstable ground. Shortly afterwards a successful Phonefind confirmed they had managed to make their way back onto the path. Further Phonefinds gave confirmation to the Team Leader that all was well on their descent. Later the walkers confirmed they were safely off the hill without the need for a team callout.
Incident started at 16:01 and ended at 19:14 making 3.2 hrs in total. There was 1 Wasdale team member involved and the incident occured at NY204066. Total rescuer hours: 3.2
