‘999’ call went into Cumbria Police for a group of missing persons. Whilst the Team Leader was gathering information the missing persons turned up safe and well – incident closed very quickly at 12.46 p.m. – weather condition in the valley extremely poor with cloud down to 500 feet and heavy drizzle. There were many Three Peaker groups already out on the mountain and roads clogged up with private cars and Transit vans.
Incident started at 12:38 and ended at 12:46 making 0.1 hrs in total.
