We were called by Police about 2 walkers who’d become benighted whilst ascending Scafell Pike. They were located by Cumbria Police using PhoneFind as being close to Mickledore. A small group of team members then went out to help walk them back to Brackenclose.
Incident started at 18:07 and ended at 22:30 making 4.4 hrs in total. There were 8 Wasdale team members involved and the incident occured at NY 2109 0702. Total rescuer hours: 35
