Full team callout for a female walker in a party of five who were descending back down to Wasdale Head from Styhead when she sustained a severe gash to the leg. She was given casualty care on scene and helped back down to the valley bottom where she was driven to the hospital by one of her party. Incident closed by 6.00 p.m. with 24 team members attending. Weather fine.
