We were called by Police about a walker who was reported to be struggling to get themselves down off Yewbarrow following a fall. On further investigation it turned out the report was from a (well meaning) passer by who had phoned in but the injured walker was not asking for assistance and later made their own way off the hill. A Well Intentioned False Alarm.
